Parents,

As we are coming up on Thanksgiving break, I would like to give you a few updates on housing. The dorms will be closing at 12PM CST on November 20th, which is the day we play Morehead State at 1PM. This means that your son will need to make sure he has whatever he needs out of his dorm room BEFORE the game he will not be able to return after. We have made arrangements for players to keep their luggage and any additional personal belongings in a room in the ARC.

I know many of the players are planning to return home Saturday night following the game, but if your son is not planning to return home until Sunday and he lives on-campus, he will need to find alternate sleeping arrangements for Saturday evening.

What amazes

First recruit Chase Randall DE Tucson AZ

It continues to amaze me the national draw that Valpo possesses.  Many of these players study engineering.  Right now the roster has players from 27 states including Alaska, Washington and Maine!  That is flipping amazing!

What amazes me is you people actually track this. Valpo is a joke. The football program is a joke. You know it. We all know it. So find a hobby.

Interesting game coming up. I I like seeing new things. We need a little trial and error creativity

Really need a new coaching staff, budget and 'like OMG' stadium, facilities, etc etc.

Our schedule so far @ Indiana Wesleyan (4-1, including beat down of NAIA powerhouse Marian 41-6) @ North Dakota State (6-0, national title contender) Dartmouth (5-0 Ivy League favorite) @ Drake (2-4 down this year) Marist (3-2, 3-0 in conference) @ St. Thomas (4-2) 23-9 combined records. Should have won Marist. We hung with every team minus Weselyan (won second half) and NDSU All that being said, Massey has us favored in 3 of the last 4. I think @ San Diego is a very tall task. 5 wins would be solid given our schedule. 3-4 would be what was expected. 1-2 and that is a failed season IMO. I'd like to see some new playcalling on offense but that isn't in Budget. Improved QB and OL play would be positives to take into next season.

Ok. I'm absolutely amused. Fox made himself the O play caller. Two weeks ago.
This team under his leadership is horrid; literally blame it all on him but at the same time; blame it on the parents of the former JV football kids who are Jr and Srs now. If it wasn't for their money, they'd be playing nothing more than an Xbox at State U right now. So don't kid yourselves.
Fox is doing what he can do with suspect talent.

They call it a $hit show.


HC is a bit of a moron.


Staff is a joke.


And good Lord....a break even season would be nothing short of a miracle.

Lucky to break 500 this season. Coaching staff is very sketch again and sticking with the same crop of Sr-Jr players that won what...5 total games over 2 seasons...sorry. Again going to work.

You can't deny the talent. It's bad. The coaching. Bad. Why do think this team has sucked for as long as it has? Hmmm

Overhyped "Spring" season that leads to a crash course of reality. This team has nothing more than mediocre HS football players. It's D1 with zero athletic scholarships. And the 'coaching' staff....good Lord. Fox looks like he has whiskey in his water bottle and calls the same horrible, predictable plays time and time again. But hey! Congrats on that bada$$ 'winning' 6 game Spring season champ!! Woot woot!
