The good news is that Valpo wasted two timeouts earlier on defense which means they only have one left even if they score here and have a successful onside kick.

So Seewald's got no zip on the ball as demonstrated by a throw into the endzone on the last possession which should have been completed and after getting possession back on the onside kick and a minute and 20 left the first pass is a deep seem route to the TE in which the ball floats allowing the defenders to get to the ball. Then we follow it up with a pass to the TE over the middle which floats again only this time to a defender. Why not just a couple of 10 yarders for first downs and get the ball closer to the endzone?

I don't get it. It's almost as if the coaches are wishing by playing him for Seewald to suddenly revert back to last year when he was healthy. Even the MSU mentioned that Seewald's motion is funny although they apparently don't realize this is because of injury and not his natural motion.

Switching back to Seewald was a mistake.  Duncan is the more complete player and a good passer.  Jimmy's final throw was not even close.

20 rushes for Valpo. 3 of them were wildcat runs by Parker Fox. That's just not enough on the ground.

Kudos to Dave for mentioning that they have to do a better job of coaching. He also mentioned that Seewald has a decision to make now regarding redshirting since this was his 4th game.

JDM sat out most of the end of the game. Jean Rene injured tackling the interceptor on the final play.

Coach is talking about Jimmy red-shirting.  If he can do it, it is the right thing to do--for the team--not necessarily for Jimmy.

72 - how much student debt does Seward want to endure as another year makes it higher.

Especially since, if he doesn't redshirt, he can move on to bigger and better things like discovering Alaska.

One semester.  Don't know what the credit requirement is, probably not a great amount.  Look, it is his decision and for whatever reason, lots of players do it in the Pioneer. Right now we have 16 guys who are R-Jr. which means all of them will need to make that decision. Right now, Drake has 15 5th year players.

I think it's nine but it also may be as little as six in terms of credits.

May be nine if pursuing undergraduate and six post-graduate.

....and you're right about other PFL teams playing many 5th year seniors and Drake seems to have it mastered.

Alaska sounds really awesome to be honest...
