If the news is true and we are looking at Chris Lowery assistant coach from Northwestern, following is the Bruce Weber coaching tree:
1.) Dee Brown: Roosevelt.
2.) Brad Korn: Southeast Missouri State.
3.) Chris Lowery: Southern Illinois.
4.) Alan Majors: Charlotte.
5.) Matt Painter: Purdue, Southern Illinois

I believe that some of Bruce Weber's coaching tree successes were achieved in spite of him.  However I should sya he was well respected and considered to be a real gentleman.

His brother Dave Weber was an outstanding HS coach at Glenbrook North HS,  where Chris Collins and Jon Scheyer played.
