Something's Happening With Men's Golf

Have you guys been noticing the men's golf record this fall?  They are competitive against some pretty big schools.  Tourney results show a 2nd in Idaho, 1st at Purdue, 7th at Bowling Green and a 3rd at Kansas State.

Have noticed that.  Mark LaBarbera has quietly added some very solid coaches who are building great programs.  Witness bowling and now men's golf among the new programs.

I saw that the KSU course was a long one so it's not just a fluke weekend where lots of putts went in for you.

So if you put the VU men's golf team against the U.S. Men's Ryder Cup team, does the U.S. choke against college kids too?

I definitely have noticed the men's golf team putting up some much better numbers.  Very exciting to see all the progress of our sports programs...except football
