NCAA Investigative Dept going through major restructuring

I'm just hearing rumblings coming out of downtown Indy that come Monday there will be some major restructuring within the NCAA Investigations Area announced. This thing with the Miami(FL) investigation being put on hold due to improprieties within the investigative staff at the NCAA is being viewed as extremely major and very hypocritical.

Okay, now hearing the announcement won't come Monday 2/4/13 but further down the road.
