Do we have board rules?

I've looked around, but I do not see a list of posting guidelines.  Many message boards do have this type of thing..it is a good way to guide new posters and it helps cut down on the trolls and flamers.  If there is nothing in place, I wouldn't mind trying my hand at drafting a board Constitution that the admins or posters could then ratify.  A small collection of rules would go a long way to helping develop a friendly and lively message board.

Do I need admin privileges to do something of this nature?  Thanks in advance!

are you insane? why would you ask for an exhaustive set of rules? do we not have enough of that already in our lives by signing contracts, clicking "i agree to the terms of use" when installing software, and following laws? why should we ask for more?
