Will Valpo play football this year?

With the happenings from the Ivy League and the power 5 conferences, will Valpo have football this fall? Perhaps we will know more by the end of the month, but moving this forward will be a challenge. As a country, for whatever circumstances,  we really failed in social distancing and quarantine practices, leading us to the probability of no football this fall.

With the Patriot League announcing today that they will NOT play this Fall, it seems that the FCS dominos are beginning to fall. Wonder if the PFL could pull off a conference-only schedule like Big10 & Pac12. Lack of those non-conf $$$ games will hurt.

I agree.  The team is made up of some very bright students, the kind every university is seeking. If the season is cancelled, as long as other similar universities do the same, I don't think these kids will transfer.

Agreed. College football will not exist this fall. It sucks but it is the right decision.
At least the 1974 USC Norte Dame game is on YouTube where Woody Hayes as a commentator tends to get a bit pissy in the second half.

I wouldn't be surprised if all contact sports are moved to winter/spring at the earliest. Possible to move a no contact sport to fall/winter.
