Replying with Quotes Issue

I have noticed that a few people have been having trouble with replying with quotes, probably when using quick reply (their post ends up in the middle of a quote, etc.)

To avoid having this happen, simply wait for the quote to load and then hit return/enter twice.  When the quote is inserted in the Quick Reply box, the cursor is automatically taken to the end of the quote, but unfortunately it doesn't scroll to it so you can't always see where it is.  By hitting return twice, not only will you have some space after the quote, but your view will be taken to the cursor and you can be sure that you are replying after the quote.

Also, I have modified the Quick Reply box to look like the standard reply screen.
