Park Tudor High School on the northside of Indy lost their first game since last January, tonight/Friday. The HS of current Indiana freshman, Yogi Ferrell, won the class 2A state championship in March. The PT Panthers lost to Pike Twp (northwest corner of Marion Co.) on 1/11/12 by a score of 79-67. Currently Pike is the #1 basketball team in the state of Indiana and knocked off East St Louis HS 78-67.

Tonight/Friday Park Tudor lost to North Central 73-68. North Central was the HS of 1 year IU player and current NBA star, Eric Gordon.

Many in the state thought that Park Tudor could have won a one class state tournament last season if Indiana still ran the tournament that way.

Things worth mentioning...

Trevon Bluiett of Park Tudor is a beast, and has been since his freshman year. He took over the state championship game in the 4th quarter and won it for Park Tudor, while Ferrell played well, at crunch time it was Trevon. In the North Central loss, he had 40.

The head coach at Tudor is Ed Schilling, former Wright State head coach.

North Central has Eric Gordon's younger brother, Eron Gordon, who was offered a scholarship as an 8th grader to both IU and Purdue. He also put up 26 as a freshman in knocking off Park Tudor.
