ORU opens baseball season with 2 loses to SLU

I was actually sad to see that Rob Walton left ORU's head coaching gig to be a pitching coach at his alma mater, Oklahoma State.  Rob is a nice guy, and I guess he just wanted to position himself to work at a bigger school/possibly be the next OSU coach.  I actually respected Rob because I did private pitching lessons with him for 1 year in HS  :).  But yes, any loss for ORU baseball is a good loss!

Also, his son graduated from a tulsa school and is now playing for the OSU pokes.  He actually is starting.  What a great opportunity to go coach with great facilities and watch your son on the diamond.
