Replay Reviews during ESPN games at the ARC

Has anyone noticed that when referees go to review something during a game at the ARC (clock setting, possible flagrant foul), Todd (chef) is watching their review like a hawk?

I had no problems with the picture.

Could this website or your ISP have been slow at the time?
