500 Festival Mini-Marathon 3rd & 5th place finishers from Valpo

I noticed while watching the local TV coverage of the One America 500 Festival Mini-Marathon (run through downtown Indy out to the Indy Motor Speedway and back to downtown Indy) that two men from Valparaiso finished 3rd & 5th. Since the race was won by Ridouane Harroufi originally from Morocco currently from New Mexico and second went to Festus Langat, a Kenyan who lives in Pennslyvania it was Benson Cheruiyot of Valpo (who was the first resident of Indiana to finish) who finished third. They interviewed him on TV after the race. Finishing 5th was David Rutoh also of Valpo.

Benson is a Kenyan who lives with some people from Valpo, for now. So it's not like he's one of the "regular" local runners who suddenly became an elite.
