Cindy Eaton retiring

I have it on good authority that ticket manager Cindy Eaton will be retiring soon. Here is what she posted on Facebook:

"Well Crusader fans I have printed my ticket for retirement and placed it in "Will Call" for pick up in Florida. It has been a wonderful 17 years, 500,000+ tickets, 5 NCAA appearances, several tournaments hosted, special events at the ARC, and Valpo games played at Soldier Field & the United Center. V-A-L-P-A-R-A-I-S-O Let's Go Valpo!"

1997. Lost 34-14 to Yale.

Interesting.  I remember when I was in school, we must have been playing the return game at the Yale Bowl, and got whacked that game.  I think it was our 2000 PFL co-champion season.

valpotx, you would be right about that. I had a roommate who was on the football team that year they returned the game to the Yale Bowl. If I remember right, we got beat badly in New Haven?

Going to miss Cindy's smiling face and eager willingness to "git 'er done"...had some great late nights working on the Crusader Points for season tickets.  ... Hope she has a wonderful retirement on Florida's Gulf Coast.
