Outlook: There are simply too many questions (experience, perimeter shooting, post game) for Detroit to challenge for the Horizon League title. If the pieces fall into place — if Brundidge can be consistent at the point and the Titans are successful as more of a transition team that relies more on endurance and a deeper bench than the half-court game — Detroit could finish .500 in the league and pull off a surprise or two in the league tournament.
