Wow.  Unless 1500 people show up in next five min this will be one of the worst attended games in years. Never underestimate the ability of a poor effort in a crucial home game to suck the enthusiasm from the casual fan.

The music has been turned up - way up. There's actually a feeling excitement and anticipation in the air. Or, should I trust that the "university" knew what it was doing last game with the volume way down and playing mellow beach music?

Students aren't on campus, early Sunday game people may be at Church, cold day, coming off a bad game, Detroit is a bad team so doesn't have a lot of interest, and maybe most importantly playoff football is on TV.
