I've been gone for a while.  Vacation, broken computer, new job....

Anyways, I've had this ready to go for some time but am just now getting around to posting it.

You have Johann Mpondo as a just missed it.  He probably won't even be in WSU's starting lineup by the time we get to conference play.

It is preseason brother!  I don't know your newcomers, but he seemed like one of your better returning guys just by looking at the numbers.

That's my point.  You made a preseason all HL team and players to watch list and you just admitted you don't know the rosters of the other teams in the HL.  Making a preseason list like that based on past stats is half assing it and the worst part is you didn't even get it right when you did half ass it.  Cole Darling is our teams leading scorer and rebounder among our returning players.  Mpondo was 9th in scoring on our team last year and we have 4 other returning players this year that averaged more than him last year.

Darling averaged a whole point more then Mpondo (4.3 to 3.2) per game last year.  Hardly a runaway.  Mpondo averaged 3.4 to Darlings 2.8.  SO you weren't quite on the money yourself.   You guys have a lot of points up for grabs.  Mpondo seems just as likely to pick up some of those as anyone else.  He also had the most starts and has the best name on the team.

I see neither guy was in the top three in scoring in your last game in Italy.

Also, I wouldn't call it half assing it...I'd call it the American way.

Based on last year, right?

Tony Meier seems to be a glaring omission.

Meier had a nice year last year.  I thought Willliams was going to have a real good year, then he got into trouble.  Meier would be a great pick to represent UMW.
