David Chadwick (transfer from Rice) never really panned out. He had some health issues. But the point still stands that the Staff has a strong record of identifying talent in the transfer market. Not every transfer will be elite but they at least have contributors.

3 things that will hurt us next year

1) Bradford.  He is not a d1 player.  If we have to rely on him we are screwed.  I can't recall a player being this bad for 2 years and then all of a sudden does a complete reversal.  He has been absolutely awful and out of place, even more magnified in the MVC.
2) scoring. We'd go 10 mins at times without a bucket in a lot of games.  We need shooters bad.
3). Rebounding.  Our bigs have to get aggressive and own the boards.

Let me add to your #3. Our bigs have get aggressive and own the boards, act like they care about going after 50/50 balls (Derrik), make more than a half-hearted effort to get out on 3-point shooters (Derrik), go after the ball on rebounds instead of standing like statues, put the ball back up on an offensive rebound underneath instead of cowering like a little girl and passing the ball back out (Sorolla), stop telegraphing passes and turning the ball over like beginning freshmen, learn how to block shots, find someone for Sorolla to go up against in practice besides the weakest defensive center in the MVC, find someone who knows how to coach-up slow, plodding, unathletic, low basketball IQ centers, and bench both and go small when they aren't performing.

solution for #2.  Need a system or style that will set players up for open shots.  How many open shots do we get out of a timeout?  Do our designed plays result in open shots....

#3.  Our bigs need to box out but not necessarily get the round.  Box out for the more agile and athletic forwards to come in a grab the rebound.  Usually the forwards are the leading re-bounders on teams.
CRUSADERS!!!

WH just laying into the Twin Towers today hahaha.

Maybe a little harsh but some of truth in that statement. Both guys need to take a big step forward when it comes to defense and rebounding.
