Totally agree, but we dont want a coach that is committed to Valpo but leads us to a long period of mediocrity.  If Fox has success at Valpo for 2 or 3 seasons then moves up, that to me is a more positive sign than some dude who hangs around and makes it to the 0.500 mark now and then.

In an ideal world we'd find a coach where 6-9 wins is the standard , with 4-5 wins being their basement. Which is in line with Chamberlain and Lindsey. I think Fox can be that.

First lets get a winning season as we are 2-2 right now. I have seen this story several times before, and Valpo having a winning season is a huge milestone for this program.

This team has generated a ton of excitement but let's not overlook the fact there is no easy game in the PFL. Presbyterian will be a tough opponent. They hung 55 points on us last year - at Brown Field - and the outcome was not decided until the final couple minutes.

This team should not struggle with Presbyterian or they aren't all that improved.

It appears that Presbyterian has abandoned that air raid/no punt offense of last year.

Should be a very different game, and a solid VU win.
