Name the 2 IHSAA all-staters in basketball, football, and baseball?

Everyone in Valpo would answer Tim Bishop as one.
Was Don Mattingly the other one?  If Bishop was one, what era was the other?

Completely forgot I had posed this question...Tim Bishop and former Notre Damer Stacey Toran. Two guys that passed away way two young.

Quote from: StlVUFan on April 16, 2012, 01:42:59 PMBy the way, I'm familiar with Stoddard at EC, but not Lofton, when was he there?  I know he was an MLB rookie in 92 or 93, so I'm guessing he graduated from high school really close to that year.

I had meant to say something earlier about Lofton. There is a Kenny Lofton Lane just off Cardinal Dr. which is south of Columbus Dr. (US12) in E. Chicago. It's near Block Jr. High which used to be one of the high schools when East Chicago had two high schools. I'm not sure if it was Roosevelt or Washington.

Lofton was also on the 2003 Cubs team that lost the 6th game of the NLCS to the Florida Marlins with the famous "Bartman" missed foul ball.
