The bottom line is ask yourself" how many and who recruits students from Valpo for top tier business or other top jobs?"
You could make that same argument for the majority of universities/colleges across the nation, outside of the Ivy League schools and a few others. Trashing our university reputation does no one any good, especially when we all represent the school in our daily lives.
Not trashing it-I enjoyed my time there as did my sister.But the idea that Valpo is "better" than other schools is laughable.
Perhaps when the law school was functioning it was considered -but without that we are just another University.And if you go around boasting you are from VU -please stop -you like like a fool ...

There are plenty of Valpo grads in “top jobs” throughout the country. If you didn’t take advantage of the opportunities presented at Valpo, that’s on you, not the university.
