So if I coach 5th-6th grade flag football I can now be a coach’s assistant at Valpo, got it! Lol

An assistant position Coach does not do much at the Colegiate level and is usually a volunteer.
thats how you build a coaching tree at this level. Get as many GAs and volunteer help as possible. Hope some pan out and remain loyal to the coach. Way more cost effective than hiring out

So someone that doesn’t even have a college degree yet you’re fine with helping coach? Makes sense 🙄 🙄
