He clearly moved down a level which makes the 30-50k thing even more difficult to believe.

Do we honestly believe Schmidt is getting $30-$50k? I'd be shocked ... he's got hustle but ... idk ... I'd be shocked if he didn't hit his ceiling.

Watching Florida-Auburn. Glad neither All or Cooper tried for this level. Both wouldn’t see the court. Perhaps the money is too much to turn down but perhaps some will ultimately realize another year ...

If they want to compete long term, the mid majors will have to form an alliance of some sort and that may include purposefully choosing to break away from the P4/5 schools. Come up with their own cham...

The "marketplace of student support" is free tickets. You want to drive support for the sports teams up. Making students pay, even if it is 15 dollars, only hurts the support from the student body. Wh...

I like the idea, as if the university wants to survive, it needs D-1 athletics exposure. Even a fee of $100 for each student will provide $250k in NIL.

Interesting choice for Schmidt, as I don't believe the current CAA is a step up from the MVC. Maybe he was promised more of a scoring role, but good look to him in his last season. |
