@covufan You see that the problem I was having as well, he isn't listed on any recruiting platforms, but Twitter scouts keep flip-flopping between 3 and 4 stars for him. I just went with the higher of the 2 star rankings.
After some digging, I found him on prep hoops, but that is a subscription-based service and I ain't paying for it tbh.

Just noticed VU offered a scholarship to a 6'11 Center from Serbia who spent the year at Hamilton Hgts Christian Academy, The offer was made on May19th and he is listed as a 2024 recruit. Thought we did not have any more scholarships.
@rs1207 A couple of guys were listed as preferred walk-ons. That probably why a scholly was issued to this guy. The assumption was probably that they got the scholarship barring anything like this happening/

If a BIG offered, that should be enough evidence of some upside.
After Del Le Cruz Monegro was signed, according to TVB, the roster spread sheet indicated zero available schollies for 2024-25. Might he have been offered a PWO slot (we already have 4 PWOs)?
I highly doubt that someone rated as 3+ stars would be offered a PWO at Valpo, so this has to be a scholarship offer to Mikic
Rivals shows 8 offers and no visits taken anywhere — yet. Rutgers is getting most of the ink cuz they are B1G.

So difficult to tell if this post by RS1207 is based on old news, but as of one day ago, he wasn’t signed by RU.
Not to mention the 2 other pick ups form yesterday. Someone in the PWO slot must have been told that their scholarship was going to this guy if singed

@vulb62 Not old news, all (edit: 5 out of 8) of these offers came after Mikic impressed at an Indy tournament this past weekend, playing with Athletes of Tomorrow. Rutgers likely is looking at Mikic as backup if they don’t get a commitment from Jamie Vinson (3 star center currently visiting Kentucky). Should Vinson commit to Rutgers however, the mid major offers that Mikic just received will come into play.
