NIU did not have many open shots from the perimeter. THey took a lot of heavily contested, and deep 3s that just seemed to fall.

I'm not going to spend any time going back to watch but while watching the game it seemed to me that NIU...particularly Muhammed...were making some tough 3's. So I tend to agree with the above.
