Planning to go to the game. Hope to send in some pictures.

Coach C's first full recruitment class are now sophomores. He had limited impact on the juniors. We will see these lineman next year with another 15 - 20 pounds. They will also know the system. I am okay with excuses this year but starting next year they need to show they are over the hump. More importantly the coaching staff needs to show they can keep the kids motivated to come back as Juniors (unless financial issues have the kids drop).

I couldnt be there nor could I watch on ESPN3.  .  But I could follow play by play on game tracker and had my heart in my throat all the way til the last drive. Based only on game tracker, I'd have to give the game ball to our young and, to an extent, somewhat maligned OL. Almost every time we needed to get crucial yards to maintain possession, the OL opened holes for our RBs -- especially on the last drive of the game to keep the ball out of Davidson's hands. Anyone agree?

Agree. Really wish more were covered on ESPN 3 but I am sure they do not bring in enough viewers to justify cost.

The kids need this one. Going into Davison 0-3 would cause panic to set in.

Valpo scored more points on Illinois State than Northwestern did today.

This Valpo team is making progress from last year. It is mostly Sophomores and Freshman. You can see the change this year as the Sophomores put on weight and strength. I think we might sneak an unexpected win or two this year in league play.

Guess what - we may have found a QB!

Line for the most part is protecting him. Accuracy has been there as well.

Good crowd.

Have a business trip near by in NYC. I am going to stay an extra day to catch the game. This will be my first game seeing Valpo in person. Looking forward to it.

I have a business trip near Sacred Heart. Going to catch the game on Saturday to see my nephew play.

I live in Charlotte, NC and it has been raining for days. The field is going to be a mess. I hope they have good cleats.

How many people were at the game? It was sad watching the game on ESPN 3 with only 4 people in the visitor bleachers. From TV it only looked like 10 people might have been there.

At least we get to see it on ESPN 3.

Is this game on a stream anywhere? Or just audio?

Just started following Valpo football. I live in the South. I hear the games are streamed. Are the games going to be streamed from the main Valpo Web site?
