Valpo baseball splits with Butler in Indianapolis

I normally would have attended this double header but with the Butler basketball team playing in the Elite Eight at the same time it was not my number one pick. At least Valpo pulled out one game in the three games series with Butler at Indy. I'm sure there weren't a ton of Butler fans at the baseball game either--at least after 4:30 pm. The weather was somewhat cold too. Valpo 12 Butler 5, Butler 14 Valpo 7.
