Fantasy Basketball: The All Time College Basketball Tournament

As we have discussed the UCLA-VU match-up in another thread, it occurred to me that it might be fun to do a little fantasy bracket of the greatest college teams of all time.  We would just do the top 16 teams for the sake of time and energy.  Using a poll, we would open up voting for one day and then leading vote-getter moves on.  And now, to reveal the seeding...
